It's been a while since I've posted on here and it makes me sad. But at the same time it's bittersweet because I've been so busy with other, very exciting, things happening within the next coming months. I've taken on a lot since I moved back and it's slowly been starting to pile up. I'm not great at feeling overwhelmed- my mind bounces back and forth like Timo Boll playing ping pong. Don't ask me how I know the name of the world's great ping pong player {I really enjoy useless/ random facts}.

That being said I've totally neglected my blog the past couple of weeks and I apologize to the readers I do have- you guys are amazing and I feel so blessed you come to my website to read my words at all! So here's a quick recap of what I've been doing and, without giving too much away, here is what's to come:

Last week I went to London to visit my best friend and enjoy a very chic {Mel tells me that's been the word of the week for me, which is funny because if I'm being honest, I have a love/hate feeling regarding the word "chic"} nonetheless, a very relaxing and beautiful bachelorette party. Her passport is being renewed so she was unable to leave the country but wanted to do something special for me and planned the most beautiful weekend just outside of London. She brought along her roommate and our friend who is easily the chicest {yep, there's that word again} person I've ever met. It was such a magical weekend. Photos and more of that weekend to come later this week!

This week Kevin and I really buckled down and starting getting together each detail for the wedding. We plan on setting up a cool photo booth/ lounge area with a loveseat couch and, of course, string lights because can you really even plan an outdoor wedding without string lights? My bachelorette weekend really gave me major inspo for our wedding. Everything was so perfectly put together with an undone, rustic-chic feel. It was 100% up my alley and I was drooling over the decor the entire time.

Other than that, I've been focusing on the gym a lot, which has included lots of makeup free days and meal prepping. Basically a very unexciting time but I'm trying to get in the best shape of my life before our wedding! Not to say that I'm unhappy with myself now, because I'm not unhappy, but there is always room for improvement. The other day I took a look at my photos from last year and really saw a major difference. Then I moved to New York and things got really crazy and my love for the gym got put on the back burner. Now that I'm back to my routine I've been focusing hard on fitness, eating right and I'm really feeling a difference!
